Delete Your Account

⚠️ Important Warning

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including captured screenshots, settings, and account information will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your CaptureCat account, please send an email from the email address associated with your account. This helps us verify that you are the account owner.

📧 Send from your registered email

Important: You must send the deletion request from the same email address that you used to sign up for CaptureCat. This is how we verify you own the account.

What Happens Next

  1. We will receive your deletion request
  2. We will verify that the email matches your account
  3. We will send you a confirmation email
  4. Your account and all data will be deleted within 30 days
  5. You will receive a final confirmation once deletion is complete

Alternative: In-App Deletion

If you have access to the CaptureCat app, you can also delete your account directly from within the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
